El 11 de junio de 2021 se celebra en línea el seminario internacional «El Occidente islámico medieval a la luz de la historiografía árabe oriental» en el marco del proyecto de investigación Contextos locales y dinámicas globales: al-Andalus y el Magreb en el Oriente Islámico (FFI2016-78878-R, AEI/FEDER UE), dirigido por Maribel Fierro (ILC, CSIC) y Mayte Penelas (EEA, CSIC).
Organizado por Abdenour Padillo-Saoud y Mayte Penelas (EEA, CSIC), contará con la participación de varios especialistas, entre ellos, Luis Molina, investigador de la EEA.

The International workshop “The Medieval Islamic West in the Light of Eastern Arabic Historiography” will be held online on 11 June 2021, within the research project Local contexts and global dynamics: al-Andalus and the Maghreb in the Islamic East (FFI2016-78878-R, AEI/FEDER UE), co-directed by Maribel Fierro (ILC, CSIC) and Mayte Penelas (EEA, CSIC).
